How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent via email at: dmca@mkvrockers.com.

Counter Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the site.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed in error.
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and your agreement to accept legal service from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringement Policy

MKVRockers reserves the right to terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others or violate this policy.
